All items purchased at Sunlight Universal Procurement Retail Store locations may be returned for exchange or replace a new product within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including the barcode/UPC label), accessories, instructions and the original sales receipt; otherwise, your product may not be eligible for return or exchange. Your name, address and phone number, valid government identification and the Store Manager’s approval are required for exchange or replace new product.
SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is final sale. Returns and exchange are not accepted.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES are non-refundable and non-returnable.

How do I return an item?
For all return requests, please use our system Returns or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return/exchange. We will inform you once your request has been received and exchange with the new products as appropriate. Returns made with gift receipt will be refunded as a merchandise card
We are happy to exchange the damaged merchandise with the original receipt and with the store manager’s approval. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.
NOTE: WE CAREFULLY MONITOR RETURNS and in some cases returns made with a receipt may be refused. Sunlight Universal Procurement Retail Store reserves the right to deny any return.

- We will be happy to exchange or replace a new product which purchased from our website with your original receipts. Present the original receipts slip or proof of purchase to the Store Associate. All Sunlight Universal Procurement Retail Store eligibility rules in the return policy still apply.

Where will I find my order ID or order reference number?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order reference number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your Sunlight Universal Account.
